PSL PRODUCING NEW PLAYERS?
PSL isn't producing players because all the players that PSL 1&2 highlighted were already performing in Domestic cricket. However the only thing PSL did was highlighted the players to help the selectors out.
Hassan Ali who played PSL 1 but
